Also the main akatsuki plan has always been the Eye of the Moon Plan which still hasn't been achieved, I'm not even surprised anymore that you're unaware of that.

Alright. I'll cede it was never explictally mentioned, so one could say the Akatsuki still exists. I still hold my opinion the group is irrelevant at this point and is essentially done, but I can understand why someone would think otherwise.
