Suigestu can only take a hit from a ttb and barely live.

ehhhh i think we are overrating the defense of sasuke's susanoo. we see itachi's and madara's and assume sasuke's has the same defensive power. until we see his susanoo tank something beasty, we cannot make this call in my opinion..

Depends on your definition of 'countering'. I thought this was asking who could simply use a Jutsu to AVOID a TBB coming at them. Or tank it. I dunno.

Im referring to escaping the jutsu unscathed or completely deflecting it back. Doton wouldnt be too useful because if one simply tbbs the ground then what?

Maybe sasuke in the near future if his sussano gets a upgrade and becomes more durable like madara's sussano as seeing when hashirama threw back kuramas TTB, madara's sussano pretty much tanked it.[

Why in the near future when he can do it currently? Madara used his V4(Complete) Susano'o to counter the TBB.
This is how Susano'o goes:
V1 = ribcage
V2 = Skeleton
V3 = For Sasuke he can use arrows while Madara's have legs
V4(Complete) = The enton orb for Sasuke and the one in your scan that tanked a full powered Nine tails yin/yang TBB.
Perfect Susano'o as of now is only accessible to Madara so that means that Madara doesn't need PS to tank a TBB.

Madara blocked the TBB at point blank range using his sword which is much thinner than the actual body, Sasuke and Madara's Susano'o is basically the same but Madara has the ability to shape his Susano'o(which is why his V3 andV4 are so big).
