I agree with your Itachi Solos and everything here except the first statement, well for Sasuke its kindy true, but Naruto wasn't even moving in these two encounters.

Besides, Akatsuki has had members since its foundation via Yahiko... meaning many off-paneled ones we never got to see. Where would they draw the line when it comes to choosing members to bring back?
