Alright, does anyone know how this shit actually works? Does he have to catch you in genjutsu 1st and then you become the core or does he have to just look at you and it's over. Cuz that is OP as hell if all he had to do is simply look at someone and they become the CT core...

every jutsu has a weakness, im pretty sure he has to make eye contact

That Solo Glance use a lot of chakra or it was just a plot-no-jutsu to get naruto to fight him.

Solo Glance is overhyped and is so inneffective. It is just like Amaterasu which misses quite often.

well sasuke didnt look at 9 bijuu at once.

maybe it works by sasuke's will. sasuke can either use that on 1 person (sakura, despite having naruto and kakashi near her) or just "spread" it.

the weakness probably lies at the amount of chakra. sure as hell solo glance takes a lot of shit.

Sasuke did 2 things:

1-use a rinnegan genjutsu: which cannot be blocked unless you have a rinnegan and it does not need eye contact because Sasuke controlled the bijuu who were behind him.

2-Create a core-less CT.

Because for him to genjutsu them with eye contact would mean he was granted 360 degree vision which we know is impossible even for Hyugas

Kurenai could catch multiple opponents in her Genjutsu without even looking at them, so I'm assuming it's not that much of a trouble for someone with Hagoromo powers.

The draw back is that he has to have his left eye open. When his rinnegan is closed, he can't use it
