As his opponent's Sharingan activates, Hei activates his Byakugan and takes a battle stance. The chakra continues to flow into his opponents eye, changing the standard tomoe pattern into a more unique one.. that of the Mangekyou Sharingan. A legendary eye in it's own right. He smiles as his chakra sensory ability then activates, giving him further perspective into the inner workings of his opponents chakra.Solf activates his sharingan which transitions into the EMS. At the same time he performs one hand seal and releases a large wall of fire at his opponent.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

( Doujutsu: Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.

Description: A technique where the user makes the horse hand seal and then kneads chakra inside his body which is then converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

Correction on your speed and tracking, I have speed resistance spec so your base speed is -2, this places your current stats at: Base Speed: 12 | Base Tracking: 16 x (2 + 5) = 16 x 7 = 112Solf notices the fire being extinguish he has his hand up as if he was doing a jutsu but with his sharingan he puts his opponent in a genjutsu which starts off with a forest growing. Right after putting the opponent in the genjutsu he uses the hand seal he had just up to create a real forest while the fake forest was emerging also and progressing.

Description:
The user will perform the Rat Handseal. Once the genjutsu has been cast the target is placed in a dense forest like area surrounded by trees and plants, the sky above the area is enveloped in dark clouds giving the surrounding landscape a much darker and grimmer appearance and the atmosphere seems to be filled with grief and despair. As the illusion progresses and once the sky fully darkens, the target will immediately be surrounded by roots coming out of the ground and various tree branches wrapping around the victims arms, thus the victim is robbed of their mobility and is unable to move in reality if he/she doesn't deal with the illusion. A woman dressed in white suddenly appears out of nowhere, the woman will begin to walk towards the victim dragging her body in a slow manner. Once she is near the trapped victim the woman in white will put the palm of her hand on the victim’s chest, roots will then begin to extend out of her fingers and will then rip through the targets chest causing them immense amount of pain. Once the damage is done the tree branches and roots from beneath the victim will continue to envelop until their entire body is wrapped up, then the victim will be dragged into the ground, as the woman in white watches on. Due to the complexity and dangerous nature of the illusionary pain, it may cause the victim to fall unconscious if they don't release the illusion, besides delivering mental damage.

Again, your speed is 12 and tracking is 112. Also you don't have Rinnegan active. I don't know why you keep counting it's x6 when you only have x5 from EMS.Instead of doing the wood release jutsu since his opponent escape the genjutsu and had released a fire jutsu he smirk. With a deep inhale nad releases a large quanity of water that extinghses all the fire.

We'll agree to disagree, it's nothing to quote over.. but you need to start giving more detail on your actions.. you're leaving things very vague and not explaining what you're doing fully. Like you made the two, as you said trees (even though they're not).. spiral up from the ground to wrap around me, but you never say if you clench your fist and make them attempt to crush me.. so am I to assume you didn't and just activated your Susanoo? lmaoI don't agree with the steam covering the whole field that would hinder our view.
You dont have your rod lol. That never happened right along with my wind jutsu and your flying and rod jutsu.

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.
( Doujutsu: Rinnegan ) Eye Technique: Samsara Eye

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. It also grants a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. Certain Rinnegan abilities have only been demonstrated by single users: Madara can create corporeal shadows in the invisible world of Limbo; Momoshiki is able to absorb any ninjutsu with his right Rinnegan and release it with his Left Rinnegan; Urashiki is capable of moving through time and space when different eyes are activated. While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara and other wielders could switch at will between their other eyes and Rinnegan eyes, although Uchiha aren't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Due to implanting Madara's Rinnegan into his eye, Obito loses the ability to deactivate this eye, much like Nagato.

As he was alerted to his opponent's chakra signature from behind him he sprouts trees from the ground below his opponent and swirls around him. Solf turns around while the trees are sprouting and he activates his Susano'o and smirk.
Teleportation? I haven't seen this trick in a long time. I wonder how yours work. Show me more of it.

Description: a gigantic, humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra which manifests around the user and becomes an extension of their will, acting and attacking on their behalf. By default, Susanoo is anchored to its user and they to it: in its less developed forms it will move around with the user; in its more completed forms the user will be suspended within Susanoo, being brought with it as it moves. This connection allows Susanoo to shield against physical attacks, becoming more difficult to penetrate as it is manifested more fully.
Standard:
In its initial form (requires EMS), Madara's Susanoo has S-rank durability and for combat, employs swords or chakra blades (S-rank constructs). two entirely different sides that are conjoined along their spine, each with a distinct pair of arms and a unique face. Madara has also shown the ability to combine this technique with the Wood Release Clones Technique in which case the user can only make 2 clones and their incomplete, smaller Susano'o bestows only a A-Rank defense and an A-Rank attack. At this level, it becomes able to use Yasaka Magatama as well.
Complete Body:
Two turns after it initially manifests, the user stabilizes their chakra and hence induces their Susanoo to advance to its final form. In its final form, Susanoo acquires new traits including a tengu-esque nose, wings for flight, and robes with ornate armor. But more importantly, it gains power akin to a biju. Once stabilized, the Complete Body form can protect its user from all but the strongest of attacks (120 damage defense). And with regards to its offense, its weapons can inflict F-rank damage up to long-range no matter the weapon being used, with the sword having been shown able to cleave mountains. It also becomes capable of being utilized alongside the user's Deva Path abilities should he have obtained Rinnegan, calling down meteorites for the user.
Note: Counts as a move each turn it is active; moreover, Tsukuyomi, Izanagi, and Izanami cannot be used
Note: For Madara with EMS, Susanoo is usable twice and lasts up to six turns, with a three-turn cooldown after which EMS is deactivated.

His opponent moved in evading the hook and his kick with a burst of wind aimed to kick Hei himself. With a simple clench of his hand, outside the view of his opponent Hei will manipulate the line on his rod as it continues to extend outward the hook will bend around and come to pierce Solf in his back, dealing no damage but extracting a small amount of chakra from him. This happens as Solfs kick lands on Hei. Thanks to Hei's high durability the kick will deal no damage to him and only serve to push him away from Solf, the momentum carrying him about 3m away.Solf notices the man flying up in the sky. He is tired of seeing this man flying when he cant fly himself or can he. Solf comes up with a plan to make himself fly and gain wings. He believes he can fly but he won't get shot by the FBI. The man was quick on his air. The man moved towards him with a kick but he also had a mysterious rod in his hand that he launched the hook towards him while at the same time doing a kick. A mysterious way of fighting but it wasn't his so he really didn't care.
Solf leaps up in the air and using a small gust of chakra from his right foot. This gust of chakra would send Solf spinning to his left which leads him going towards his opponent's right which he uses this momentum to do a roundhouse kick to his oppoent while at the same time dodging his kick and fishing hook.
( Saido byōtō chakura suiryoku ) - Side-wards chakra thrust

Description: The user jumps into the air by up to one meter and then sends out a small gust of chakra from his foot lowest to the ground, sending him a little higher as the user spins their body to the left or right and throws their body weight in the direction they want to go. Using their momentum from the spinning and chakra, they manage to thrust their body in the direction they wish, up to mid range.

Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply hit the opponent with a kick from one of his legs. He is free to choose simple variations of the kick and the stronger he is, the more dangerous the technique is.

Man that technique has some typo's lol.. I can't believe I forgot to add the boost to my technique. Oh well.Solf notices the man had created some energy. The energy rips through the Susano'o's hand with ease. Before it could get even worse as the Susano'o hand is out and about to collide with the energy Solf moves out of the way but the hand is still destroyed.
You got a nice arsenal. To have something rip my Susano'o hand with just a energy blast. But this is nothing.
Solf notices the man swing his rod again but this time sends out projectiles of the hook.
You really like fishing. I am a god and you are a weak individual so take this.
As he is saying this he has Susano'o create with both of it's hands Magatama. The Magatama all release as a projectile that would destroy the rod hooks with ease and continue towards the man. Solf laughs as the projectile go towards his opponent. His opponent didn't have such power to take on his godly powers.
( Yasaka no Magatama ) - Eight Slopes Curved Jewel Technique

Description:
Through the use of Susanoo, the user is able to create the Yasaka Magatama from any of its hands, which can comprise of a single magatama to several bound together through their respective centres by a thread of chakra. Due to this structure, the tools act in a similar manner to that of a shuriken when thrown by Susanoo — rapidly spinning towards the intended target — and result in a powerful collision upon impact. The size of the created projectiles are dependent upon the user's intent and situation, with smaller variations being faster and more adept af fighting in close quaters and larger ones carrying bigger impact or a bigger area of effect. While the manner in which they work is somewhat similar, the technique can assume multiple forms that differ slightly both in appearance and use. So ffar the 2 users of this technique have been seen using them in 2 unique ways: Itachi produces three magatama bound together by a single, circular thread that are created either between two of Susanoo's hands or from just one. The 3 magatama spin at enormous speeds around its chakra thread and are then propelled towards the target as a single combined projectile. Madara, on the other hand, creates a considerable number of magatama strung out between two of Susanoo's hands, using an interconnecting thread. These then detach themselves from one another once propelled towards the target, so that each magatama becomes a separate projectile, covering a large area of effect. Or, in alternative, instead of firing the magatama individually, Madara's Susanoo can use the stringed together magatamas as a chain/whip-like weapon, albeit with a smaller area of effect.
Note: Requires the user to have activated his Susanoo and have achieved the complete form.

His opponents Susanoo will release two massive strikes with it's swords, it's chakra being released as massive blasts. With Hei's enhanced perception easily being able to track the momentum behind the attack, he detonates a smoke-flash bomb that erupts loudly, emitting a bright blinding light and smokescreen. This tool not only makes visual and sound and chakra sensory useless but will provide instant cover for Hei to make his escape opening a rift in space-time to evade the incoming slashes from Susanoo. As he enters though one side of the rift, he will simultaneously exit the other, Being located within the Susanoo itself behind Solfs location as he swings his chakra rod causing it to pierce into his back and extract a sample of chakra. With his instantaneous movement, these actions will all take place just moments from each other. (being within the same timeframe slot)Susano'o completes its transformation and Solf stands talk looking down at the man as he is talking about how he doesn't have any concept of what God is. This man doesn't know the full extent of his powers. He has only seen a fraction of his abilities. With this being said he has Susano'o create two katanas, one for each hand. With just a swing from different directions(right is diagonal and the left is horizonal) there is a wave of chakra released from both blades that could each crush a mountain with ease. Solf knew his power was like a God or is God's power its self. This man knew nothing about God unless he has set behind them bars and plotted for revenge and found away to gain the power to do so on another level then any shinobi has ever reach. The chakra released from the swords is at the highest of its peak which is 120.
( Susano'o: Tsuin Ken no Mai ) - Susano'o: Twin Blade Dance )

Description: The user channels chakra through the blades of his Susano'o. Swinging the blades forward, the user releases waves of raw chakra released from the swords with great force and power, cut through mountains. These waves are capable of crippling large buildings with ease, leaving behind only shattered remains of items as they impact it.
Note: Can only be done with either stabilized Standard Susano'o or a Complete Susano'o ( Perfect Susano'o form ). When used by Complete Susano'o, it is capable of delivering 100 damage to attacks per use.
Note: Susano'o with Rinnegans are able to use the next highest damage variant, dealing 120 damage three times per fight.
Note: Sasuke is capable of using the highest level when in his Indra Susano'o up to 3 times per battle with a turn break in between.
Right after releasing the from Susano'o's katanas he senses the opponent and brings forth a forest of trees and flowers. This forest is large enough to cover up the whole battlefield. This was used as away to produce pollen from the flowers. This pollen when inhaled could render someone unconscious. The pollen spreads out everywhere which makes it hard to escape besides cutting down all the trees and blow the pollen away. Solf had to show the man why he was destine to have this power and these eyes.
(Mokuton: Kajukai Kōrin) - Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees

Description: The user after performing the snake hand seal take advantage of the innate properties of Wood Release to be able to force trees to grow on any surface in an instant the user creates a dense forest of flowering trees. The pollen produced by these flowers is then released into the surrounding atmosphere and when inhaled, quickly renders the afflicted target unconscious. One way to counter this technique is to destroy the trees.
Note: Can only be used by Madara Uchiha or Hashirama Senju biographies.
