After releasing the lighting nature technique he rushes around at an arc to the left and now is holding a lightning ball which he throws directly at his opponent with his left hand. With the motion of throwing at his opponent he spins launching a barrage of ninja tools which is kunais, at his opponent direction.

The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
