Gogeta walked into the battlefield in quest to fight the world's greatest shinobi. Based on what he was told by the locals, he find a powerful opponent. But alas he found a small girl. Not knowing what to expect, Gogeta would enter his fighting stance and prepare to go all out. Gogeta would weave 3 handseals and concentrate Ranton chakra into a orb before sending it into the sky. The orb would disperse throughout the sky and rain down as thousands of streaks of laser ranton chakra. With precise chakra control, the jutsu would avoid Gogeta.
(Ranton - Ryūsei-gun) - Storm Release: Meteor Shower
Then Gogeta would perform a powerful upward spin kick to create and launch a powerful dragon made of natural wind towards Arya. While spinning, in the same timeframe, Gogeta would also be gathering 10 shuriken from his tool pouch and throw them into along with his dragon. The shuriken would be carried with the dragon and do enough more cutting damage once the dragon consumed Arya.

Description:
This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. Arya watches the man performs hand seals and there is start of a glow of chakra in his hand. She stomps the ground just as she started to she the gathering of chakra in his hand. With her stomp she has three pillars of fire that would come up from behind and both sides. The front she can still see her opponent as he starts to burn. If her opponent continued with their attack they would be burned.

As Gogeta was preparing is jutsu, he'd notice his foe quickly stomp his foot. Quickly there after Gogeta could feel the heat from the ground around him. To escape the what was coming, Gogeta would channel doton chakra into the ground directly beneath him. This would cause a cylinder just big enough for Gogeta to stand on to rise upwards to a height of 20m. The S rank Doton would rise and move at speeds faster than the A rank fire pillars and be out of their reach, allowing Gogeta to escape.

As he was approaching long range from the ground, the base of his pillar would not be able to wishstand his foe's fuuton attack and would cause it to collapses on itself. While free-falling Gogeta would weave 6 handseals and gather a large amount of ranton chakra in his hands before releasing them downward onto the battlefield surrounding his opponent. The area covered would be the size of a Gamabunta and make escape difficult.

Arya watches as her opponent leaves her pillars of fire. Instead of doing her wind jutsu she would place her gunbai back on her back and make one hand seal. She inhales and then exhales eight fireballs. They are large in size and they rain down onto the top of the opponent's area. They crash down with so much destruction and they are spread out to the point it's hard to escape.

As he was rising, Gogeta would start to see giant fireballs in the sky. Gogeta would start to gather natural energy from his environment and mix it with his chakra to passively enter Snake Sage Mode. Upon entering, Gogeta was granted new power and clairvoyance into the battle field. Gogeta would weave a single handed handseal and drop a scroll catridge from his Kote. He'd then activate it and send a powerful high speed sound attack that would hit the girl if she chose to continue on to follow up with her Doton jutsu. In quick succession within the same time frame, Gogeta weaved a handseal spew out a powerful pressurized stream of water from his mouth through the fireballs and disperse them. His suiton would prevail thanks to the power it gained from senjutsu and the elemental advantage. The whole time, Gogeta would be visually focused on the fireball and using his senjutsu sensing to aim at Arya with his Kote sound jutsu.

Then in a high burst of speed, faster than the average person could visually keep track of, Gogeta would run down his pillar and quickly cut down the distance between him and Arya. With her current tracking it would almost seem as if he teleported. Gogeta would continue running towards her until appearing to her right and delivering a solid haymaker punch to her jaw. With his increase strength due to his Sage Mode, Arya would be sent flying 5 meters away. Gogeta would feel a bit of shame about punching a little girl in the face, but she was asking for it.

Description: This is a much greater and focused version of the (Ototon: Hibiki Rendan no Jutsu) - Sound Release: Echo Assault Skill technique in which the user gathers his sound chakra into his throat as he inhales afterwards exhaling as he screams, yells or roars. The resulting effect is a massive forward shockwave of low frequency, high amplitude sound that levels anything in its path. Unlike its weaker technique, the massive power it carries makes it slightly slower, equal to an average equally ranked Raiton technique. Unlike the unfocused nature of its weaker version, its focused almost like a beam, affecting an area of 50º in front of the user. If used within a water source it receives +20 damage.

Then in a high burst of speed, faster than the average person could visually keep track of, Gogeta would run down his pillar and quickly cut down the distance between him and Arya. With his increase strength due to his Sage Mode, Arya would be sent flying 5 meters away. Gogeta would feel a bit of shame about punching a little girl in the face, but she was asking for it.

Level 1: Done passively, this allows the user to heal small to moderate injuries. These include things like small cuts to broken digits and bruises as well as bleeding. These involve injuries that result from taijutsu attacks to minor wounds such as stabs in limbs, some broken bones as well as internal bleeding, slight organ tears. This is for none life threatening wounds and heals up to 30 damage
Level 2: Taking the place of a jutsu per turn, the user is able to make use of the healing abilities of Hashirama's cells and apply them at a greater level, employing the cells to heal large injuries, such as shattered bones, ruptured organs, even regeneration of missing limbs. Gogeta's haymaker landed cleanly, but the young girl would get up as if nothing happened and asked for more. And even worse she activated her Sharingan, revealing she was of the infamous Uchiha clan. Gogeta, a taijutsu specialist, would have no problem reading her body language while looking at her chin to avoid genjutsu especially with his Senjutsu sensing. "Well, young Uchiha... since you asked for it." Gogeta would mold water chakra in his body and exhale it through his mouth in the form of a thick chakra based mist. The Mist would block conventional senses of sight including that of the Sharingan. Gogeta would have zero problems perceiving the Uchiha with his Senjutsu sensing.

Quickly, Gogeta would pull out a kunai and concentrate chakra to muffle his footsteps. He'd run while curving to his left until within CQC range of the Uchiha and slash her eyes with his Kunai in an attempt to blind her. Afterwards he'd keep running until he was 6m away from her.

Arya watches the opponent starts to release the mist. She activates her Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan passively immediately. She is finally healed fully and right after she advanced her doujutsu she makes one hand seal and releases a large amount of fire that would evaporate the mist based on the high rank but also the large amount of fire to cover a large area. So the mist would start to come out as the EMS and immediately after she made the one hand seal to release the fire jutsu.

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.

Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.

As Gogeta was releasing mist, his opponent would activate their Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, weave a seal, and breathe a powerful fire blast towards Gogeta. Gogeta would weave 3 hand seals and release a dragon make of black thunderclouds from his mouth. As the dragon made contact with the opposing Katon jutsu, it would complete absorb it into its body and go on to hit Arya with increased strength.

Arya stands there watching her fire technique getting absorbed and wonder what is doing it. Since the fire jutsu being so large she doesn't see the dragon that's absorbing her fire technique. She finally sees it and there she can black clouds shaped into a dragon. It completely absorbed her fire jutsu. She grabs hold of her Gunbai and intersect the cloud dragon. It absorbs it. She takes off forward right after absorbing the dragon. She is met with multiple beams of energy. She slides a little bit and swings the Gunbai forward to release what she just absorbed at the beams. She would wait until the point the beams are close enough to block it's path with the release of the raw energy.(80, I don't think it's the 130).
