Two things to do with this, would like to first resize it in height and as you can see, i changed the thread title to ava request to sig request.

You know how small it'll be on 150X200, and that pic has a bigger width than it's height, which won't fit the 150X300 as a whole unless you fix the upper parts and blend the colors with the same pic, I can do that, but what're you offering

Thanks bro but i would like no text, no wallpaper background nothing, the same background with that size only with a yellow scheme over the picture, don't want effects either.
