So I was wondering...the restore you chakra and let you fight for days without rest...what's the negative effect?

I'd think it would be extreme exhaustion after the effect wears off. I mean, all that energy can't be in the pill itself (unless they're like the senzu beans from DBZ) so it must just force all that energy out from inside thier body somewhere. like celectial gates in a pill or something.
