Luffy came into the operating room all decked out on his operating gear, sporting a red-spandex like jump suit. Before commencing, the rubber-man bit his left thumb and drew blood whilst pulling out a scroll with his opposite hand. Unraveling it on a near-by rolling cart, a poof of smoke scattered throughout. Moments later, the surface of the cart was filled with utensils. Things ranging from; Bandages, mortar and pestles to work with herbs, as well as tools necessary to create an injection. Luffy grabbed the herb, which was commonly known as the "Valerian" plant. This particular herb was best known for its tranquilizer and calmative effects, valerian is a popular sleep aid. Working to relax the body, valerian has been shown to relieve pain. It is especially effective in migraines and muscle pain. Nervous conditions such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, sciatica, and peripheral have all shown positive responses to valerian use. Using the sterilized water, Luffy would combine the two, using the crushed herb in order to make an injection, calmly filling the syringe. Whilst prep'ing the injection, Luffy utilized his free hand to out-stretch outwards, grabbing the patient by the collar and putting against the operating table. After doing so, he approached the man, and tapped his left forearm, looking for the nearest vain to inject the herbs into his system directly.

Whilst the herbs slowly took effect, Luffy weaved a few hand seals and channeled chakra throughout his index and middle right fingers. Swiftly, yet fluidly, he sliced the patient's clothing in half, completely removing everything in his possession, leaving him completely naked.

Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed hand seals Tiger → Horse → Rabbit → Rat → Dog, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. This medical technique then enables the users chakra to transform into small, sharp blades. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular metal scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection (although it can also be used to cut the external tissues as well). The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands. The strength and effects of the technique are determined by how much chakra is put into it and how much skill and focus the user has in the technique. Its effects vary according to the targeted body though to cut through strong tissues such as bone, great skill, focus and chakra is needed. The effect can be sustained while the user focuses chakra into it.

After stripping the man of all his clothes, Luffy channeled aggressive chakra throughout his hands, completely cleaning off all bacteria around him, hovering his hands around the most notable areas of his body, like hands, arms, chest, head, face and anything that would come remotely close to the patient. Toning down on the aggressiveness, he would begin doing the same for the patient, hovering his hands around the entirety of his body, cleansing it completely.

Although his herbs were slowly taking effect, Luffy still proceeded to release a special type of chakra from his hands that would manifest in the form of an ethereal-like familiar, resembling a snake. The snake would proceed to bite onto the patient, without any tangible effects, bypassing their tissue and into their chakra-circulatory system. The flow is successfully disturbed in a way that would cause the patient to go unconscious. "Sleep tight, Shishishi!" said Luffy. Meanwhile, the herbs that were previously injected would simply aid in prolonging the sleeping state of the patient as well as aid with the muscle pain.

Description: The user will charge a special chakra into one of his hands manifesting it as an ethereal pure chakra familiar, resembling a snake. It will then bite the patient, injecting a special chakra into his chakra flow. This chakra has a specific frequency designed to render a patient unconscious. The effect takes some time to establish and the patient needs to be still for it to be successful but is very useful to perform surgery, suturing wounds, setting bones straight, etc as it effectively sedates the patient and acts as a general anesthesia. The difference between this technique and normal anesthesia is that it lasts less and, if the target is resisting the medical treatment may prove impossible to use as he can use a variety of techniques to prevent the chakra from sedating him. While it can be used in battle, its almost impossible to do so because of the time it takes for the sedation to work and the need for the connection to remain intact until it does work.

To begin the procedure, Luffy would clap his hands together, causing a large sphere of chakra to erupt outwards with a green hue, imbued with high concentrations of Yang-nature. The sphere would completely cover the area around Luffy and his patient. Meanwhile both of his palms were highly concentrated in a darker tone of green, as he began to diagnosing the patient's body before initiating. Starting from the bottom and working his way up, Luffy would begin modifying the calcium in the patient's bones, making them susceptible to being stretched far beyond their normal limits. Afterwards, he move onto manipulating the cells within the patient's muscles, ligaments and tendons, allowing for the same leniency. With the manipulation of chakra, the user would be able to stretch the aforementioned areas that were tampered with. Lastly, to help everything hold together, and one of the most important things was the outer tissue, the skin itself that overlaid across everything that had been modified. The surgery was a high-ranked modification as it allowed Luffy to completely modify the entirety of the target's body except for things like the organs, hair, teeth & eyes.

After the extensive procedure, Luffy channeled his diagnostic chakra inside of the patient, verifying that everything was okay. During the inspection, he noticed that the patient's body was raising in temperature, something that was common after such an extensive modification and also, the obvious injuries from tampering with the cellular structure as a whole. Placing his right hand against the patient's chest, Luffy outstretched his opposite hand in unison, placing it against the surface of the ground. After the connection is made, Luffy begins manipulating the chakra in his hand, absorbing the patient's excess heat and using his own body as a medium to transfer it into the ground itself, relieving the patient and bringing them to normal levels.

As the cherry on top, Luffy imbued yang natured chakra throughout his hands, causing an aura of greenish chakra to manifest as he hovered his hands throughout the patient's body, slowly and cautiously healing the imperfections that had been left during the operation. Being fully confidant in his herbs's effects, the rubber-man finalized the procedure by wrapping the patient's body fully, loosely tightening everything in place so it wouldn't outstretch without the user's consent. Before leaving the room, Luffy would write in a note-pad beside the operating table something for the patient to read. "I went beyond the normal procedure to have your body heal as soon as possible, so you'll only have to rest for a total of three days and nights, and no using taijutsu until the end of the fourth day. Remember that your entire body was modified, so take it easy and don't exert yourself. AND WELCOME TO THE FAMILY! SHISHISHIS!~"

I awoke, with the pungent smell of anaesthetic chakra abruptly fading away. I took a moment to open my eyes, revering in the new sensation of my body. It was... soft, yet at the same time the strongest it has ever been. I could feel the potential exponentially growing, the power to conquer all would soon be at my grasp, but first, a test run...
