Okay. I walk up to the man, and see the form he holds out in front of him, he wants soft body modification, something that I have never seen any manage to have the right paperwork for.

Once that is done, I release special chakra from my left hand that looks like a snake from that, the chakra snake bites the person and sedates him, allowing myself to perform the needed surgery without worry.

I begin the painful process of modifying their whole body, using my chakra, I insert it into the person's body allowing their body to undergo somewhat extreme changes, the biggest change is now it allows the person to stretch beyond what normally would be impossible for normal ninja.

The effect takes some time to establish and the patient needs to be still for it to be successful but is very useful to perform surgery, suturing wounds, setting bones straight, etc as it effectively sedates the patient and acts as a general anesthesia. The difference between this technique and normal anesthesia is that it lasts less and, if the target is resisting the medical treatment may prove impossible to use as he can use a variety of techniques to prevent the chakra from sedating him. While it can be used in battle, its almost impossible to do so because of the time it takes for the sedation to work and the need for the connection to remain intact until it does work.

This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or deal with poisons or toxins, though it can heal its damage. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which, as the technique stands as a jack of all trades in terms of medical ninjutsu, is much higher than any other medical technique. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for X amount of damage the user needs to spend 2X amount of chakra to repair/heal. Luffy suddenly wakes up with his aching body as he had passed out for several days. He instantly drops to the floor as his body felt like pasta noodles, having one of his arms begin stretching without his control. By manipulating his chakra, the arm began stretching back into place. "SUGOIIII!"
