If you work hard and seize proper investment opportunities with money you put aside you can get there. I don't know any social worker that is rich or has a wealthy life.

Social work can't make much money and you even have to take out your own money to provide for what they needed out of your generosity, but indeed it is a good feeling to help.

For sure, having a job in Banking will earn you more money.

You can help others even when you're not a social worker.

Banking does make more money than social workers. Investment banking makes a ton of money, even more than engineers.

Not sure if you knew but engineers aren't all rich, petroleum engineering yeah 6 figures almost guaranteed but basic engineering bachelors degree you're not putting yourself above the rest of the crowd in any sense really
OT: investment banking is asking for 80 work weeks but you'll be rich, not Surgeon rich unless you're really good but you'll make way more

Depends where you live. Where I live & IMO, yes most are rich.

Yes, investment banking is stressful and requires long work hours. You aren't earning 6 figures for nothing...
