NOTE: EVERYTHING FOR NOW IS A SPECULATION OR WILL I SAY, A PREDICTION.
FACT: SO6P didnt just appear from nowhere into the world. He came from somewhere, and just like Tobito, he isnt from where we dont know. His origin must be something before our eyes that we might be neglecting. The most logical thing is to directly link him to the uzumaki clan.
I think he was a hybrid of Uzumaki and Hyuuga.
-Being a hyuuga, he probably had the byakugan, which enabled him to see chakra, discover it and used it to develop ninjutsu skills.
-Being an uzumaki, his chakra base was large enough to contain the juubi. The juubi was a beast that ravaged a war torn world as at then. He, after discovering about chakra, went up to the juubi, conquered it and sealed it inside him.
-On becoming the juubi jinchuriki, he obtained the sharingan and rinnegan. We all know that some properties of a bijuu rubs off on their jinchuriki.
My basis of saying he is uzumaki is purely due to his chakra base, he must have had a freakingly huge one to be able to hold the juubi, and we all know that uzumakis are the highest when it comes to chakra.
