I don't think he'll be revived. I just think Naruto will meet him through the Bijuus near the end of the series. We still need to see the sage's flashbacks, so he's definitely making an appearance.

The SO6P Chakra Spirit won't appear until Naruto takes in all the Tail Beast power in Himself it becomes active when it comes in contact with Naruto's DNA as both Minato and Kushina did. Everything is centered on Naruto.

No he won't, the Sage is nothing but a useless character to the war. I've said this many times, the Sage is no chance for current ninja.
Why?: The Sage did not have advanced moves like we have now. He didn't have all of these new jutsu. He cannot make every jutsu..
The Sage is too far back in the past anyways.. and Jiraiya will return(I hope..).

Maybe by using the Rinnegan as DNA we can revive him....Jiraiya should be alive since Nagato released all the soul who he recently killed
