Most likely no one can beat him because of the following reasons:
5 legendary weapons.
Host of the Jyuubi(ten tails).
Owner of Gedo Mazo(most likely)
Most powerful Rinnegan.
Izanagi spammer.

But if I had to choose ten:
Madara 2.0
Itachi
Sasuke
Shisui(rare doujutsu)
Hashirama
Nagato
Tobi
Naruto
Danzo(Izanagi spammer)
Kabuto(snake sage, Edo Tensei spammer)

I don't think alot of people understand that he made those ninja tools that Itachi, and the Kin and Gin bro's used.

Totsuka sword, he probably had that first, and we know that he had that rope, banana fan, amber sealing pot, etc.

Add into that the fact that he can use infinite Izanagi and not go blind, then yeah he is not getting defeated.

Also can you imagine a TBB from the jubi? World buster anybody?

so6p sealed jubi in his body and probebly fight with jubi and control his chakra( like naruto ) but he never able to change jubi and for this reason he sealed jubi in moon. So he can not use TBB like naruto or bee.
