<LOL> I can't say. The Sages abilities are awesome. His abilties and skills was able to wipe out a army of shinobi with one attack. You remember from that Chapter. <LOL> JK.

Why add the Sage and his Sons when you and everyone else knows that we haven't seen or it wasn't confirmed of their skills and partial of their abilities in the Manga. Even if you were to say that the Sage created Ninjutsu. I still say Why?

Obviously the Sage since he created and probably perfected many Ninjutsu.

I took the 10 tails from him thats just OP.

We can only speculate and the powers of the sage were split into two of his sons. You know what they say 8 heads are better than one.
