What if So6P was actually a master of 6 different sage modes, 6 different animals. Here is how I can validate this:

• His name SAGE of the six paths
• So far we have seen two different sage forms, snake/dragon and toad, so there is possibly more sage paths
• We know that each animal can only use one element, i.e Toads can only use water, I would assume that snake/dragon would use fire, therefore by learning all of these paths he would therefore learn mastery of all elements of jutsu

I dunno, its a theory, one I haven't seen yet, and to me kinda made sense.

But Kabuto said there's only three such places where you could learn Sage mode. I also doubt he would get mastery over element since the animals had those affinity. It seems highly improbable

We already know what the 6 paths are and they aren't animals. Also, toads can use all 4 releases. We have seen them use wind, water, and fire releases.
