So I've been thinking about the so6p & his rinnegan
Here we see the sage with two perfectly fine rinnegans

So what I've been thinking is that the uchiha might have passed down the sages rinnegan throughout the century's I mean why not that be epic
But here's what I don't get why doesn't anyone have the sages rinnegan now?
None of the uchiha have rinnegan except tobi and madara so who would have the sages rinnegan? The only one I can think of is Nagato ?

He did, if not mistaken (or understanding). The Uchiha's are his decedents. Giving them the eyes is unknown.

If he did give the eyes though wouldn't they have at least one uchiha that didn't have to evolve a sharingan to a rinnegan to have a rinnegan ?

No. Its not an easy task to obtain Rinnegan. Even the first three stages of Sharingan are hard to obtain. The others such MS and EMS carries extreme measures to achieve. However, back on topic, the Rinnegan is not something a Uchiha could obtain and control through their body and Chakra alone or any other non-Uchiha. You would need Senju DNA (or Hashirama Cells) to prevent a heavy Chakra depletion. Its just speculation, but its still unknown.

Only reason, for a Theory or Speculation, Nagato was chosen is because he was an Uzumaki. Uzumaki are cousins of the Senju, however, instead of the unique abilities that comes with Senju ("Body" of the Sage, inheriting his father's strength of will and physical energy), the have longevity and life force.....

The conclusion, you need Senju (Hashirama) and Uchiha DNA to have the Sage's complete power of the Rinnegan, however, since its not the full power, it will only be consider a fragment. Basically, you would need strong Genes of the Sage to have Rinnegan without having to activate it.

Its from the Manga. Kishi says these things. Until they change, or proven wrong, they would be forever true. Example: What Tobi says is true, until proven false by Kishi. You can't disagree or argue with the Manga. Manga is fact (or until better, official translation released).

Also, Madara states Rinnegan is an Evolution of EMS. It was not created by Kabuto. It might be speculation, as he did not directly state so, but he confirmed it basically.

You think I didn't see this?

Madara awakened the rinnegan through unknown means, who is to say nagato did not awaken it through tobi's actions?

Tobi seems to have enough chakra to control tailed beasts with those chakra spikes so why not just keep his rinnegan, it's obvious that he awakened it in nagato.

Madara never deactivates his rinnegan after he awakens it in edo.
