And if you look closely, you can see that the staff in first image has nothing on the end, but Hagomoro´s is double ended with moon/sun. Hagomoro´s brother had staff like that.

This isn't his staff. It is madara's gunbai which belongs to the sage.

what goes to your mind when you say that is the end of the staff... maybe its the butt end of the staff... the part that having contact with the surface that it stands on...

maybe hes holding it pointing downward... so we cannot see the head part of the staff...
