Definitely, since he has the Rinnegan. Whether he has Six Paths Sage chakra though isn't confirmed, especially since he's used no Sage techniques.

Isn't rikudou senjutsu just another word six paths sage chakra? Those chakra pills just by themselves gives him "immortalty", the manga stated they increase power & extend life. I guess, it's debatable if the power increases are permanent or temporary.
