It has been 3 generations since Hashirama's generation to Naruto's generation, so one could safely assume that the chakra levels diminish by atleast 50% pr. generation.

If we go by that, then Haqomoro's chakra level would be 50% of his mothers... and we know close to nothing about her chakra levels (apart from the fact that she was able to subdue the entire human civilization).

Eating the fruit might have given her close to the amount of chakra that the juubi itself had considered it only produces one fruit every millenia.

So based on lack of info, your argument is invalid...
