I am pretty sure that he doesnt know how to use Chidori, rasengan, kirin, Impure World Ressurection, etc.

Senju, Uchiha etc are descendants of the sage.

His only blood-line limit was the Rinnegan. It is believed he is the only one to have fully mastered rinnegan.
