Its not colored, it only shows they had light colored hair,Rikudou having white hair because of Chakra depletion but when he was younger in his prime it was red

Just want to point out that the colouring of rikudou's hair in that scan is also used for Kushina's hair... It doesn't really confirm hair colour because it's a flashback and is watered out

Kishimoto uses that pigmentation for a lot of things so it doesn't confirm anything
