So like Madara explained the hermit gave chakra to everyone to connect... So its kinda like Narutos dad leaving some of his chakra in Naruto just in case the power of the seal got week... Would the hermit be able to meet anyone that he found worthy of meeting and telling them his purpose if he wanted? What about the hermits mother?(she was the 1st to have chakra)
