Not exactly it would be more like a strange cooincedence that characters said to be related to him wear similar horn things
With lineage comes tradition.

I know but if that's the sages heritage then that would make it hard to believe he is uzamaki as the kin jin brothers look nothing like any uzamaki we've seenBecause it's Kishimoto who is giving us a clue of Rikūdo's heritage, we must read between the lines.

Its not exactly irrelevant as the raikage made a big deal about them being related to the so6p which makes it seem as though they have some relation to him besides through the two sons as they are not senju or uchiha so the only way could be that they were sorta like a related clan like how the uzamaki were to the senjus or they are from the sages clanThose are irrelevant technicalities, we haven't been shown the full backstory of the Uzumakis yet, it's the same with Tobi=Obito, so many irrelevant technicalities that lead people to erroneously believe that Tobi was Izuna, or Kagami or Sasuke from the future
Make no mistake, the Sage is Uzumaki, Uzumaki is the Sage.
We never really seen any male uzamaki other than old guy with white hair.

This was my first thought on it but they don't have red hair and characters from the same clan tend to have similar body types. However their seems to be some sort of link between them but i'm not so sure that they are uzumakisYou're taking the subtle clues literally, you have to analyze and put the pieces of the puzzle together:
Kin and Gin's whiskers : Naruto Uzumaki

Kin and Gin's horns: Shiki Fuujin and Shinigami Mask: Uzumaki

Kin+Gin, Sage, Uzumaki , put the pieces together.

ahhh I see this explains why they look life buff versions of naruto but about the horns do you think the old uzumakis all had horns naturally or was just something popular that they used to wear before their village got destroyedThey are parallels of Naruto meaning they are Half-Uzumakis like him (thus lacking the trademark red hair) like Naruto, his father was from Konoha, likewise, One of Kin and Gin's parent is from Kumogakure while the other parental unit is Uzumaki. None the less, they possess the Uzumaki Qualities that Rikudou possessed (Life Force, Hosting Kurama's power, Sealing Tools of the Sage, etc.)

But they're said to be related to the sage and have horns just as he did so that kinda eliminates his chance of being uzamaki as uzamakis are nowhere near similar to them
Sorry Sasuke2, but you're wrong. Try to read original Japanese manga Naruto especially if your theory is based on one word. Here:You must be registered for see links
Here we have chapter you mentioned (Chapter 606):You must be registered for see links
Now carefully look at Zetsu's words. Ser Derp Obito is right about this chapter. Zetsu used word 血縁 written in hiragana like this けつえん. And this word has only two meanings:
1) blood relative or relationship
2) consanguinity
