SO6P Awaken's inside Naruto?

So, this is my first post here on the base and I thought I would get your opinion's on something. My friend and I were discussing the Sage of Six Paths today and he mentioned that the Sage said he would come back one day (not sure if it's true, he hasn't given me proof yet) and he showed me this fanfiction where the Sage (after talking to the young tailed beasts) sealed himself inside the 9 Tails (explaining why it has a large chakra) and that he awakens inside Naruto to battle Madara and Obito. He thinks it may happen.
Opinions on his theory?

he shouldn't come back to FIGHT, No hell no that will and should not happen. What must happen is the Sage "maybe" showing up in Naruto's subconscious which I see it rarely happening
