Naruto and Sasuke are yin and yang and when Kaguya sees them she she sees her son meaning that at one point the sage could have just been yin but heres the issue he gave out yin and yang power could it be that something happened to humura so the sage absorbed him and combnin both yin&yang. Maybe thats why we havent seen hamura.
