That is completely Sage and nothing else. He had sons that inherited the eyes and body. They had sons and so on until it came down to two clans which are the Senju and Uchiha. Anything else is passed on by genetics through other means such as family linage or mutation. About the Rimmaru's Doujutsu, it was classified as Filler and nothing more. I don't feel like explaining Sasuke's case. It could be left for someone else.
