Tobi was definitely Obito.

He wasn't being controlled by Spiral zetsu. He was being helped to recover by Spiral Zetsu. Also, spiral wasn't Madara's will.

OT : People ALL know that Tobi was Obito. They only say otherwise to be trolls. It was literally spelled out in the manga who he was.
