Sakura is clearly the biological mother, everyone I know irl believes so as well as most youtubers and the online community in general, narutobase is 50/50 mostly due to Sakura hate.

If he really wants us to believe that Karin is the mother he will have Sakura or Sasuke confirm it, if doesn't address the test (does not confirm or disprove it) then he only did it so that people who prefer Karin can have something to day dream about and come up with their own head canon.

No it is the other way around, it is Sasuke and Sakura that are married and Sakura that raised her while Karin is in a random hideout yet to even appear in either Gaiden or the original ending, where Sasuke and Sakura had decent closure and interaction confirming them as a couple. (Showing interest and affection from Sasuke->Sakura)

That is why it is widely believed to be a red herring, and the only way to prove otherwise is if Sasuke and Sakura say so themselves. Which obviously based on all that^, I don't see happening, and expect to see the opposite.
