So why Exactly did Ao turned bad

Is there a explanation or something because I don't see one in Boruto manga.... They are not even trying to tell the reason behind him turning bad..

Probably because he sucked at protecting the Mizukage & he did close to no-thing in the war..

That along with Ao's refusal to use Ninjutsu in combat then we can assume that he swore off the use of traditional techniques and devoted his life to Ninja-Tech. There are numerous ways to theorize why he did this. The most likely being that Ao felt betrayed and left behind after he lost most of his body and combined with his disapproval of the Mist joining the other villages then we can again assume that he simply left his life as a Shinobi behind and became a mercenary of sorts. Its also very much possible that Kara supported his rehabilitation behind the scenes and he felt indebted to them in some way. Thus becoming an "Outer" of the organization.
