So why didn't she use it Vs team 7.

Man the nue latches onto people who feel lonely with burdens.

Kaguya could've easily used Nue to control Sasuke at that point.

It would've been Kaguya and Sasuke Vs Naruto pretty much.

Cuz DMS would've ran out for kakashi.

I guess plot shall be plot.
