So why did Madara lie and said that he created white zetsu from Hashi DNA ?

Because we all saw Madara use the flower tree (Hashirama's Justu) catalyst, to create zetsu.

Kaguya is using jukai, while Madara used flower tree.

Still the same mokuton

He was not aware of that fact, he saw the possibility to create Zetsu clones at a rapid rate by using Hashirama's DNA and took the chance :/
