So Whos faster given the circumstance

Okay this one might take some fire but I am curious enough to endure it. Who is faster Naruto or Rock Lee. Now before you jump to conclusions and start flaming, think about it first. When Rock Lee faced Gaara in the chunin exams after he dropped the leg weights which allowed him to injure Gaara or should I say his sand shield, which was unheard of at the time, and that's not counting when he started to open the gates.



Once he opened the fifth gate Neji and Kakashi both could barely keep their focus on him because he was moving so fast.

As for Naruto's argument there is really no point because we already know what he is capable of.

The showdown now becomes Konoha's Yellow flash #2 VS Konoha's green beast flash #2.

naruto in KM is faster. he was as fast as the 4th Raikage.. and thats not it he has not completely mastered it. So i will go with Naruto
