So who is the dumbest main villain/antagonist in Naruto

Nagato, Obito, Kaguya did strive for the same thing though.

Give Madara this much credit...He got IT done.

Mizuki was more of a main villain than Gaara or Sasuke.

She's rarely showing any. Hell, Black Zetsu seems to be the brains here if anything.
