What they actually stand for? I will always side with Hiruzen's morals. The Will of Fire idea is much better than a sleazy underground system. You can see by Hanzo just how dark a ruler like that can get. Danzo was also a selfish, self-preserving coward who would happily toss around a loyal strong ninja to his death instead of him.

Then again, Hiruzen is a bad example of the will of fire in my opinion. The very fact that he was able to be persuaded & manipulated by Danzo shows that there are flaws in Hiruzen's run too.

The problem I have with that side is Danzo himself. No good can come out of jealousy. Danzo became the strong ninja he was and contended with Hiruzen because he was jealous of him and I can't trust that to lead a country :')

I feel like Hiruzen could have worked things out, if given time. I mean, what did the Uchiha even demand? Wanting to be closer in Konoha? More representation? Not entirely outrageous demands. And the Uchiha were a powerful clan, I would try to preserve that power for the sole purpose that by doing that, you'd make sure Konoha remains strong.

I mean, I agree and wouldn't complain with Danzo's way of doing things. But if it were me, I'd try to make sure we don't wipe out a founding clan with a powerful blood line limit and weaken out village....
