Actually when Konana blew up the top half of his face he had 2 Sharingan... Now we all know Madara has medical skills hes had both arms blown off and magically put back on so yeah... It being Obito is hard to believe cause of that fact unless you wanna go for the long stretch.. That Madara found Obito healed him trained him took his body (younger body) But thats to much.

1.Orochimaru.. Thats dumb he sucks
2.Hokage-Can't be the 1st 2nd or 3rd since they are all sealed away, but can be the 4th although not sure how his sealing works he sealed some of the nine tails in Naruto and the other in him but was still around to talk to Naruto? So idk
3. Jiraiya-Could be
4.Izuna Uchia-Could be but he has no Sharingan now, and not wanting people to know makes no sense
5.Sage Of Six Paths-Was the strongest, so possibly
6.Someone never mentioned-Could be aswell

I have absolutely no idea who Kabuto summoned. I think Tobi is Madara, but I also think he is probably a Zetsu clone or something. But no, Obito has no chance of being Madara because when he fought against Minato, he would've been in his teenage years, and a lot shorter and younger than he is now. Anyway, it has to be someone important to madara's plans.... I just don't know who.

1.4th Hokage-Well if you remember Orochimaru was going to summon him but the 3rd stopped him. So to bring him out would it scare Madara? Yeah prob cuz hes strong if not stronger, but asking if anyone else knew or being that shocked? Naw
2.Madaras Brother-Would this scare him? No, but would make him angry and would get him to ask where he got it.
3.The Real Madara-Well it would make him say "you bastard where did you get that" but why wouldnt he want anyone else to know? I mean wouldnt change anything he still has Sharingan and is still really strong wouldnt ruin any plans at all.
4.Orignal Sage Of Six Paths-Well he was prob the strongest ever would scare anyone, even knowing that Kabuto can now prob kill him. Would also get anyone to ask where he got it, makes the most sense.

I don't know if YOU know, but "Madara" in his current state is just a shell of his former self.. if he were to go up against the 4th or Izuna he would get obliverated into nothingness. I just don;t understand how Madara would accomplish such feats.. All he can do is space-time jutus and that Izanagi of his

Not the original one. He only created the clones from Tailed Beasts & Hashirama DNA. Akatsuki catches the beasts in order like:

First they catched Shukaku, at the beginnining of Shippuuden
Then Nibi when Hidan & Kakuzu catched them.
Then Sanbi. (According to the Manga, in the Anime it was reversed because of the Sanbi filler).
Then Itachi & Kisame catched the 4 tailed beast.
Then presumably the 5th Tailed Beast (Wasn't shown)
Then 6 Tailed Beast (Pain catched it according to the Anime filler writen by Masashi Kishimoto himself)
Then 7 tailed presumably, and now 2 ones are yet to catch.

Yet the Original Zetsu appeared in the first season (after Naruto vs Sasuke at Valley of the End), where they had no any beast catched, and Madara presumably didn't created his Hashirama tree yet.

wat if madara/tobi w.e. is actually izuna. Crazy thought but yea :/ i mean maybe izuna took madara's eyes and they were brothers so they looked similar so no one noticed lol
izuna couldve killed madara to become leader of the uchiha clan and disguised himself as madara so he didnt look like a **** who killed his brother. And hes an uchiha so its likely he killed his brother xD

That would be the most shocking answer on it, but I'm not sure it was the Sage of 6 Paths. If it was the SO6P, wouldn't Kabuto have brought him out to fight Madara when Madara threatened him?

Didn't you hear? Obito got crushed by a massive amount of earth, why would Obito still be alive? He couldn't move, and his whole right side was destroyed. And even if someone were to save him and fix him up, why would they want to?

Well, Shodaime, Nidaime, Sandaime, and Yondaime Hokages are already sealed, Tsunade is alive, and Danzo is dead. None of the hokage can be summoned, except for Danzo which won't be cuz Madara has him. As for the Sage of Six Paths, he won't be summoned because his existence is ancient and there would be no DNA left for Kabuto to use. The White Fang will definitely be summoned I think, and if he were to summon one of the Hokage, I would say it'd have to be the Third(God of Shinobi).

Izuna was my first guess, but the other possible would be the real Madara.

It's very possible that Kabuto brought back the SO6P because all that is required for the reanimation jutsu is the dna of the target soul, which no matter how rotted the remains dna would still be there.
A wild theory of mine is that Kabuto could have brought back the real Madara Uchiha, and the "Tobi" Madara Uchiha could actually be Obito Uchiha. I know it's a long shot, but the theory that Tobi is actually Obito has been said before. This would explain why Kabuto says Madara's secret is safe with him.
