I rank him in same place. What he had was already enough to fight other shinobies. KCM is purely flashy power up to shine against juubi, nobody else gonna throw such big attacks.
His capabilities however didnt change neither did weaknesses disappeared, so same place while somewhat stronger and faster for 8min doesnt change much for me.
