By Base I mean: no Bijuus, dojutsus, chakra cloak, Gates, FTG, Sage Mode, Raiton Cloack, Curse Mark, Byakugo etc.

By speed I mean both shunshin and foot speed.

By strenght I mean lifting and strike.

And by overral power...
