When did Naruto learn to do a Rasengan without a clone or nine tails chakra mode the last manga chapter at the end he did it like J-dog and minato? Or has he done it before and I just forgot?

I don't think I've ever seen SM Naruto make a Rasengan with one hand before. Last time he used it was against the Third Raikage, and he still required a clone.

When naruto was first learning to do the rasengan he did it with one hand but it was not stable due to the fact that he did not have good control of his chakra so I was not surprise he did it now... Since he has gain better control of his chakra. Back in the days naruto was pretty much fight at handicap because the nine tailed fox use to steal his chakra and the rest was holding the seal in place so he was at a disadvantage in chakra control so jutsu where hard for him to do now that disadvantage is gone.

No what you forget is that he used those huge rasengans after having created 2 clones in the beginning who helped him with that. You're right though about one thing; in that arc he did create rasengans on his own. In fact when he was inside of gamabunta's mouth he killed off one pains paths with double ransegan.
