So... what's with villains removing their shirts?

Looks like whenever some villain goes for their final battle before dying, their shirt automatically disappears:

The fact that Madara would die soon was already known the moment he entered the battlefield. Though Kishimoto seems to like to undress the villains before killing them off. The only one being noted to not have done this yet ( at least not fully ) is Hidan, Konan and Pain. ( AT least of those that I can remember )

Hidan never even had anything on him under the cloak, but the cloak was on him the moment he was blown off. I wouldn't classify that as "taking it off".

Pain lost the upper left part of his cloak during his battle with Naruto. Not the entire cloak, he still had most of it on him. Nagato never had a cloak to begin with, so he never "removed" his cloak, which is what this thread states.

That is true, though a thread around how all the villains remove their top outfits, this isn't valid as he still had half his body covered. That is like saying that a person with a shirt that covers only half is body is naked.

Well, at the very least it seems like they have learned something. I mean they have actually updated the game and released a decently big DLC that some fans at least wanted.

Though Madara removed his outfit, its shown that Madara's outfit is lying on the ground or at least shown without himself in it. Before its burned away totally.
