So whats up with Naruto and Sasuke in Gaiden

Like is Kishi shafting Naruto and Sasuke because Gaiden is making both of them look stupid.

Examples
Sasuke almost killing his daughter and assuming she is partner with shin even though that wouldn't make any sense since she called you papa before you almost attacked her.

Naruto getting stabbed and acting like its killing him (in which Kurama speaks for the audience asks him why you pretending like this hurt you)

Sasuke started using the regular sharingan and regular rinnegan for no particular reason because last checked Sasuke is barely effect if even that when leaving his eyes active. (Also Naruto speaks for the audience asking him why he decrease his eyes to their weaker modes)

Also Naruto why do you seem weaker last because last I check the other kages of the previous generation went through ties of peace yet didn't get weaker also the third had a long period of peace yet didn't get weaker heck even krusty ass Danzo didn't do anything for years yet he didn't get weaker.

Sasuke and Naruto just allowing Orochimaru to continue his experiments (even though we all know he gonna mess up or do something he shouldn't and it will eventually be a pain in the ass for the village)

Also Side Noting why didn't Boruto follow Naruto like you pulling pranks to get his attention and then you just allow him to leave the village when this could be the perfect chance to follow him plus you're not curious that chouchou and Sarada are following him)

The Shin clones attack and Sasuke doesn't use amaterasu or use his Susanoo to destroy all of them in one swipe of it sword and Naruto doesn't use nine tails bijuu mode to just either use a bijuu mode or bijuu shuriken to destroy all the clones instead he sends shadow clones to attack not of them using an jutsu like rasengan or rasenshuriken.

Another side note what's with the weird tension between Naruto and Sasuke you guys are best friends.

Sarada gets attacked and neither Naruto the fast shinobi alive who can also use FTG,but doesn't try and save her and Sasuke doesn't use his eye teleportation technique to save her either.

Sarada and sasuke 1st meeting was at a bad time. Sasuke was just attacked by someone who had the sharingan and uchiha symbol. Tells a non uchiha he going to a secret location, then sees a uchiha with the sharingan activated their instead. A coincidence that ended badly.

1 thing you have to remember about naruto times now is that all the villages are working together. At 1st all the villages would look for ways to take down each other now for the 1st time ever all villages are separate but unified.

Naruto can't use Ftg and was on his knees and kishi used sasuke body as a shield to show that sasuke would do anything to protect his daughter. Also, as it was shown sasuke might not be able to use susanoo when his eyes weaken.

1:Because Sasuke has a fetish for stabbing things

2: Naruto is rusty, battle senses are dulled to chunin level at best.

3: it takes a ton of chakra to go to Kaguya's dimension and back and that chakra affects his Tomoe rinnegan, reverting it to a regular Rinnegan likewise affecting his MS as well. That's why it depowered, Naruto only asked because he wasn't aware of how it happened.

4: because none of the kages had true peace, even in tobirama's time you was training pupils and even had to go on the battlefront himself. Hiruzen obviously got dulled by old age as even orochimaru noted that if he was younger, he'd have slaughtered him. Heck in fact no true kage has been in a period of true peace like Naruto, there was still akatsuki, other assassination organizations like the hidden sound, etc, so they were always alert otherwise they'd never amount to anything. And lol Danzo?? That fodder had uchiha eyes on his belt, he got negged by Sasuke so many times he needed izanagi to completely survive. Naruto was still quick enough to save chochou and Sarada but he's still rusty but not like rusty to the point he can't do anything anymore.

5: They are in a period of peace, people are still recovering from the war, nobody really wants to fight right now besides orochimaru is on probation, Yamato is watching, dude looks like he hasn't slept in eons.

The best sasuke could do was susano arrow but that cut one of the pillars, yyou don't want it destroying all the pillars. Also Naruto is rusty that or kurama is too embarrassed to give him chakra, Also no author does something that makes something a little too conviniemt unless plot demands it. Although Sasuke is living, breathing, plot convenience in the flesh plot refuses.

7: idk the possibility that Sasuke slept with Karin and had Sarada even though he's married and not just married to anyone, married to a woman who you view like a sister to you? IDC how close you are to someone, there will be tension especially knowing the type of guy Naruto is, as Naruto apperently wasn't there for the birth of Sarada as he was shocked that her DNA matched with karins and didn't give it second thought.

8:NARUTO DOES NOT HAVE FTG FFS, he uses shunsin there's a difference , and what did Sarada get attacked by , when shun was facing her Naruto saved her and chochou, when she almost got skewered sasuke saved her, so idk what any other attack you're talking about :sdo:

Gaiden sucked big time. Kishi made Naruto and Sasuke look bad especially with that "rusty battle skills" BS. Yes, Naruto and Sasuke both were nerfed to look rusty and bad. We were told Naruto was rusty and shown Sasuke was rusty.

When Naruto faced child Shin the first time he had not problem dealing with him. When he first faced Shin's father there were no problems, but when Sasuke entered the battle all of a sudden we are told Naruto has gotten rusty when he didn't even fight him that chapter. Come on now.

Sasuke was no different. When he faced child Shin the first time he had not problem dealing with him. When he first clashed Shin's father there were no problems, but somehow he failed the notice the seal on his hand even though he was looking right at it. Then he drop his guard multiple times. That BS.

Now Sasuke is using Susanoo on Shin. I'm just glad it's almost over.
