So what's the difference between V1, V2 Kyuubi Forms vs KCM, BM

I never quite understood why Naruto attained KCM and BM and why Naruto hasn't been using Version 1 and Version 2 kyuubi forms like other jinchuriki's such as Killer bee?
It's funny too because both kinkaku, ginkaku, Pseudo-jinchuriki's can use V1 and V2 while Minato can only use KCM? Maybe it has to do with the way Minato sealed both kyuubi chakra's into him and naruto?

As Bee could use the red cloak and be in control.
So the red cloak doesn't just signify that the Tailed Beast is in control of the Jin.

Bee was on good terms with Gyuki when he used V1/V2. Kurama was not cooperative, so he took over.
