Hmmmm. Well I can and can't say what will happen if some of the coffins get destroyed or not. But I feel like some one like Kabuto and Orochimaru would simply just let them get destroyed.

Throughout the battle they could summon Manda or Manda II to distract Nagato & then easily set up coffins. It only takes about 30 secs for Edo Tensei to activate.

And let's say the coffins were destroyed. The body won't be. It'll regenerate.


This is my best assumption on the situation

coffins have to open to activate the body
Nagato's summons could also keep Manda busy
matter of fact, Nagato would most likely summon before Kabuto or Orocimaru summon

if Manda II becomes a problem, Nagato'll just nuke the field with ST, or CT, possibly killing Manda/rendering it useless
Nagato'll probably just rush Kabuto before he does anything, tbh

Actually, coffins opening doesn't activate body. Linking the soul to the vessel does. Once you've accomplished that use can use them anytime for yo bidding. (Researched)

And ya know that CT can't b the answer for everything right? It's not the Ultimate Jutsu. Basically the person using this Jutsu has to b a great distance away in order to not get caught up in it.

As long as Kabuto/Orochimaru stays toe to toe w him they'll b having no CT issues.

Not to mention once Edo Tensei Ninja are already summoned Nagato will b havin a lot to keep up w. Madara knows how ta dancee.

And don't forget that Sage Mode greatly increases both of there speed. Something Rinnegan users don't gain.

And it just came to my attention that if Nagato shot a Chakra Beam at Orochimaru, he could just summon Rashamon. Then summon Edo Tensei Ninja.
