OT: i believe that madara will indeed take over obito using some sort of mukuton sage mode boost (maybe he has been forming a yin seal too?) and then rinne tensei himself using obito.. OR we will see madara taking controll of the tree using mukuton sage mode with yin seal.

You mention about yourself having an eye for the practical. Well, I beg you to reconsider your above mentioned replies and try the find your errors.
But, who am I to think you have made errors. My point is: all of this is guesswork. With logic, it's possible to find the right way, but keep in mind this is still fiction. It could go either ways. If the author respects the concept of logic, then disassemble the building and show me the pillars that hold its defining structure.
