Also Tobi's lizard/chameleon/whateveritwas fakeout was pretty amusing as well.

As far as useful jutsu, I'd say any S/T technique. Simply because of the tactical measures they're used for instead of just having brute force all the time. It adds a lot of dynamics to the manga.

Edo Tensei has weakness such as sealing and the user can be caught of gaurd due to the relying on others to fight you battle i mean when using that u focus mainly on what the people you brought back are doing and little on your opponent. so a skilled shinobi could defeat it and what if you have Itachi and Madara they could break the Edo and just turn on you.
