What if sasuke stops having hatred for Konoha, does it mean he won't have another power up because according to hashirama, the more your love evolves into hate, the more powerful your eyes will be like madara: 3 tomoes to Ms to Ems to rinegan. So my question is if sasuke stops hating, will his ems evolve into a more powerful eye?

And also remember that when an uchiha knows love they awaken a power greater than the senju's will of fire.....? And given the fact that the senju draws power from the will of fire makes me think sasuke will get stronger when he's had a change of heart....
