But Orochimaru cannot handle Hashirama and he will do as he pleases. Whats to stop him from going over and giving the ninja Alliance a ridiculous boost?

IMO - Juubi will go out of control. Hashirama & other hokages will help Madara & Tobi in controlling Juubi.
Then this time, Hashirama will be able to make Madara realise anout their friendship. Madara and Hashirama and other hokages will rest in peace.
Tobi will start infinite tsukuyomi. Naruto and team will smoehow end the tsukuyomi. Then it will be a final challenge between Naruto and Sasuke. Just an opinion though

There are some threads and some comments that make no point at all....Hashirama and the other Hokages as well as Madara are immortals right now...they cant dies unless they are sealed...and i really doubt if anything could seal them...you see they are stronger than all the Edos we have seen till now and they are important characters unlike the Edo Kages we saw till now...so dooooooooon't make any strong claims till Kishi gives his final answers!

Well Madara has both his haxed powers plus Harashima haxed powers and the add powers of the rinnegan and he still can become the Jubi's host also the jubi has a final stage. If this were to happen then not even the combined might of the hokages couldn't do anything.

Maybe if he and Obito split the power it'll be much different.
