So, I'm just going to assume jack was looking for sanji, what could he possibly want with him?

Hmm i don't think so but after this chapter i can understand that the sheep-head dude who sanji kicked his head away and that strange warrior lady were subordinates of Jack.
Jack was looking for someone , so were they.

I can see that oo. But wouldn't he have attacked an injured Law after Dressrosa rather than taking on an Admiral and former F. Admiral trying to rescue Doffy? Then again, maybe his mission to rescue him took priority over a revenge.
