If Juubito's attacks erase jutsu, then that would mean that both Hashirama and Madara would have been erased by his TBB and won't be able to regenerate.

Nope, it's only the attacks from the black orbs surrounding Obito that erases ninjutsu. Those were 4 regular TBB, Hashi and Madara will be fine.

The tbb is different from the black ninjutsu that obito uses so they in theory should be able to regenerate
